These are people that are so very reasonable.

Although I don't necessarily agree with everything all these people say, I do think we have something essential in common - proclaiming that the Word of God is the absolute truth.

Update on Chad

In case anybody had read about John's nephew CHAD and wanted to know what was up with his condition:

He had a colostomy, a feeding tube and a tracheotomy surgically applied on Tuesday, I believe. It remains to become clear how permanent these things will be. Obviously, we are hoping that he will wake up completely and have a normal physical existence again. He is very heavily sedated and it is just not clear how his brain fared in the beating. They are still looking for the main suspect.

  • Yikes, the world is becoming a much more dangerous place. I still like Canada for that reason, we don't have nearly as much violent crime up here.

    May the Lord watch over your dear nephew. God' grace to his family, that is horrific.

    Sounds like the old western days with those rewards. Are we going back to dead or alive?
